Quality Assurance Associate 2nd shift
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm-11pm 30 min lunch
Pay Rate: $25/hr
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our Operations team based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a regulated warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation as directed.
- Perform routine product inspections (incoming, first article, final, and special) and identify nonconformances.
- Maintain Quality System Records for compliance and conformance.
- Coordinate supplier corrective action activities and support special projects.
- Track inspection report metrics and maintain Living Documents and Records.
- Contribute to process improvements and lead investigations of nonconformances.
- Support EQMS and Document Control activities.
- Experience in QA (Quality Assurance).
- 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Experience in Medical Device or Cosmetics industry a plus!
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA standards, and EQMS.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. moving pallets, lifting boxes (25-30lbs range
