Position: Project Management Coordinator (Distribution)

For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Project Management Coordinator (Distribution) to work at a leading global healthcare innovator—Johnson & Johnson Vision—in Jacksonville, FL.

Compensation: $72,000/year (salary exempt).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating projects and continuous improvement initiatives within both RMW and Distribution operations.
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement Lean processes that drive efficiency and standardize work.
  • Partnering with Distribution teams to collect observations, ideas, and solutions while providing ongoing Lean guidance, training, and sharing best practices.
  • Supporting project teams with data gathering, analysis, and presentation of insights to enhance operational effectiveness and management reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis and seeking operational input to drive studies and projects.
  • Adhering to environmental policies and supporting departmental environmental objectives.
  • Creating and analyzing business metrics to optimize employee performance across the department.
  • Working with Operations Manager and Senior Director on Lean activities, including analysis, administration, and implementation support.
  • Investigating operational challenges, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions with management.
  • Tracking and improving Quality standards to ensure compliance and exceed expectations.
  • Reviewing Quality Incident Reports to define trends, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring ongoing process adherence.
  • Resolving abnormal quality issues in coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Participating in meetings, supporting the GDP program, and documenting improvements for presentation to the customer.
  • Supporting customer-driven Process Improvement savings goals and ensuring all required trainings and certifications are completed.
Qualifications
  • Have Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations training and a minimum of 7 years experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments.
  • Bring hands‑on Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma expertise.
  • Possess advanced analytical, detail‑oriented, and organizational abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, calculations, dashboards) and MS Office software.
  • Can quickly learn custom reporting and systems such as SAP and DCS.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and travel as needed (up to 25%).
  • Pay high attention to detail and are comfortable with light physical demands.
