Niagara Bottling Inc - - Responsibilities:
Ensure all parameters of food safety and quality are adhered to and maintained throughout the facility.;
Collect in-process and finished product samples and conduct standardized qualitative and quantitative testing.;
Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results and perform aseptic testing for microbial contamination.;
Review food safety and quality records and actively participate in plant teams (HACCP, Safety).;
Identify and isolate product that does not meet standards and aid in troubleshooting deficiencies.
