Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced KYC QC professionals (Checkers) to join our team, providing quality control oversight on Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and compliance processes. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of KYC regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance with TD Bank's standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control (QC) of KYC Documentation :
  Review and validate KYC files to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance :
  Conduct quality checks on KYC files, with a specific focus on risk classification, customer information, and account documentation.
• Error Identification and Correction :
  Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information in KYC documentation and follow up for correction.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
  Coordinate with KYC analysts to ensure timely corrections and adherence to policies and provide guidance when necessary.
• Reporting :
  Maintain records of quality control findings and report on compliance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience :
  Minimum 4 years of experience in KYC reviews with a strong understanding of KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
• QC Experience :
  Prior experience as a KYC Checker or in a QC-focused role within KYC is required.
• Skills :
  Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with AML/KYC regulations.
• Communication :
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with KYC analysts and other team members.
• Location Requirement :
  This is an onsite role based in Jacksonville, FL
