Facilities Management; FM Quality​/Compliance Staff Engineer

Facilities Management (FM) Quality / Compliance Staff Engineer, located in Jacksonville, Florida. This role supports the Facilities department by ensuring GMP compliance, quality systems, and documentation controls meet J&J standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support development and management of GMP compliance systems.
• Administer site nonconformance management: review, approve investigations, enter records, track investigations, coordinate root cause analysis, and approve closure.
• Develop and manage document management systems, including SOPs and GMP regulated documents.
• Assist Documentation Control personnel and provide user training and support.
• Generate reports and metrics from the document management system.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a scientific or technical subject area.
• Experience and Skills – Required
  :
  Minimum 4 years in a quality, manufacturing, validation, or compliance role within a GMP regulated industry; knowledge of FDA/EMEA regulatory requirements for medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals; ability to apply GMP regulations and international guidelines to all aspects of the position; general knowledge of facility support services (GMP cleaning, cafeteria compliance, pest control, audit readiness, preventative maintenance).
• Experience and Skills – Preferred
  :
  Auditing of external suppliers, contractors, and vendors; development or evolution of GMP systems; start‑up experience; experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Travel:
  Up to 10% travel required.
