Execute corporate and plant specific food safety, quality and laboratory requirements and maintain adherence throughout the facility;
Collect in-process and finished product samples and conduct standardized qualitative and quantitative testing;
Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results and perform aseptic testing for microbial contamination;
Review food safety and quality records and identify and isolate products that do not meet standards;
Actively participate in plant teams (HACCP, safety, etc.)
