Corporate Quality Manager

We're partnering with a growing, innovative manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Manager to lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives and build scalable systems that support continued growth.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity reporting directly to executive leadership, where you'll own the Quality Management System (QMS), oversee ISO certification efforts, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality is embedded throughout the organization—from supplier qualification and product development to manufacturing and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Serve as the primary owner of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification activities, including audits, surveillance, corrective actions, and recertification.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Establish and report key quality metrics and KPIs to executive leadership.
• Lead internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
• Manage CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to improve product quality and operational performance.
• Oversee supplier quality programs, including qualification, audits, corrective actions, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality standards are incorporated throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support customer quality initiatives, complaint resolution, and audit activities.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the organization's quality expert, providing leadership, training, and guidance across departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Strong experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience leading internal, external, customer, and supplier audits.
• Background in supplier quality management and continuous improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing quality systems, nonconformance management, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with quality methodologies such as CAPA, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and quality documentation.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CQM, or similar) are a plus.
• Experience supporting off-highway equipment manufacturers is highly desirable.
