Quality System Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist with 3-5 years of experience supporting regulated quality systems environments. This role will be responsible for managing key quality processes, including document control, training, change control, CAPAs, and investigations
, while ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

• Manage and maintain document control, training, and change control processes.
• Lead and support CAPAs, nonconformance investigations, and root cause analysis activities.
• Coordinate and implement procedural and quality system changes.
• Support quality system administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize and maintain quality management systems, including ETQ and Windchill
  .
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and process effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with ETQ
  , Windchill
  , or similar quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, investigations, document control, training, and change control processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
