Key Responsibilities- Applies functional knowledge of Quality Control requirements to execute organizational objectives.
- Supports planning and delegation of administrative tasks and support, including data maintenance and scheduling.
- Develops partnerships across the organization to ensure flawless customer support.
- Updates quality policies and procedures based on new or revised regulatory requirements, internal investigations, and audits.
- Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities and independently implements risk mitigations and process improvements.
- Supports formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day‑to‑day interactions with team.
- Troubleshoot equipment to determine root causes of failure. (40%)
- Compiles data to identify trends and proposes corrective action. (10%)
- Ensure maintenance and calibration compliance for test equipment. (30%)
- Coordinate activities with metrology, engineering, and other relevant departments. (10%)
- Implement revisions, corrections and changes to test equipment, and procedures. (10%)
- Education – High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience and Skills
- 6‑8 years of related experience.
- Technical maintenance experience (Chiller repair, motion controls, simple wiring, pneumatics, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MES, EDHR, and Vibes.
- Knowledge of Quality Engineering, design control, and verification and validation (V&V) tools and methodologies.
- Electrical Safety Card – greatly preferred.
- TWI Training certification – preferred.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
