Quality Assurance Technician – Jacksonville, 3rd shift (9:00 pm‑5:30 am, Monday‑Friday).
What You Will DoConduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process, ensuring products and packaging meet standards.
Roles and Responsibilities- Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods
- Analyze syrup, beverage, and water attributes
- Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations
- Conduct package quality inspection and audits; isolate products that do not meet standards
- Receive and test CO₂ and all raw materials prior to production
- Maintain highest housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years relevant lab technician experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to read, write, and keep records
- Good computer skills, including Excel and Word literacy
- Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials
- Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field
- Food/beverage industry experience a plus
