Quality Assurance Technician – Jacksonville, 3rd shift (9:00 pm‑5:30 am, Monday‑Friday).

Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process, ensuring products and packaging meet standards.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods
• Analyze syrup, beverage, and water attributes
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations
• Conduct package quality inspection and audits; isolate products that do not meet standards
• Receive and test CO₂ and all raw materials prior to production
• Maintain highest housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years relevant lab technician experience
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to read, write, and keep records
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word literacy
• Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials

• Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field
• Food/beverage industry experience a plus
