Quality Engineer III (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Salary - $90K-$100K/Annum + Full Benefits + 10% bonus

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer III to join our manufacturing team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to drive quality, continuous improvement, and production excellence.

• Represent Quality in daily production meetings and collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys, A3, DMAIC
  , and other quality methodologies.
• Drive Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and continuous process improvements.
• Create and maintain quality documentation including PFMEAs, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and CAPAs
  .
• Interface with customers, suppliers, auditors, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Lead internal audits, support external audits, and champion quality initiatives across the site.

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing Engineering and production teams.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to resolve challenging quality concerns.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action experience (8D preferred).
• Experience writing and improving quality procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001
  , SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP/FAI, and CAPA.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

• Comfortable identifying non-conformances and driving corrective actions.
• An excellent communicator with strong technical writing skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on, and passionate about continuous improvement.
