Observe job site testing and compare with independent testing agencies;
Communicate with customers, testing laboratories, and dispatch and plant supervisors regarding mix utilization and dosage rates;
Perform plant inspections of facilities and recommend corrective actions for compliance;
Perform ASTM, ACI and FDOT testing procedures
