This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Jacksonville, FL. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including property management, tenant services, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with property and financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, conducting property inspections, and maintaining resident satisfaction. The goal of the role is to create a thriving community while ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the property.

• Experience in property management, tenant services, and budget management
• Strong skills in contract negotiations and compliance oversight
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in property management software and relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the Jacksonville market is a plus
