Research Principal Scientist
Lead research for neuro-oncology, neurosurgery, neuro-endoscopy, and stereotactic medical devices.
Develop/review study protocols, technical reports, biological safety risk assessments, and ISO 10993 documentation.
Plan and manage preclinical in vivo studies, laboratory testing, and biocompatibility evaluations.
Support new product development (NPD), sustaining engineering, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional projects.
Serve as scientific SME for R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and external KOLs/CROs.
Present scientific data and support biological safety strategies.
ISO 10993 biological safety/biocompatibility expertise.
Neuroscience, neurobiology, tissue histology, or preclinical research experience.
Hands-on large animal in vivo studies.
Medical device R&D, risk assessments, regulatory documentation.
Strong project management, scientific communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
