Job Title:

Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive, consultative sales assistance and support. The role involves maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized sales floor to facilitate sales activities. Candidates must have availability during days, evenings, and weekends for full-time roles, with flexible scheduling for part-time positions.

The Retail Sales Associate will also:

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using approved selling practices and guidelines.

Meet or exceed performance standards consistently.

Understand website navigation and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are not available in-store.

Maintain current product knowledge including features, benefits, availability, and related services such as delivery and installation.

Process customer transactions accurately in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.

Complete required training within the designated timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.

Collaborate with team members to provide superior customer service, assist with locating merchandise, and support other sales activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.
