Ross Stores -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store and thanking customers at checkout.;
Assists customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.;
Performs cleaning tasks to maintain a neat, clean, and well-merchandised store according to guidelines.;
Executes merchandising of newly received merchandise to the sales floor according to monthly presentation guidelines and maintains brand familiarity within departments.;
Follows store best practices and safety procedures to maximize productivity and minimize steps in workflow.
