Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed the stores goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.;
Build and lead a diverse, highly-engaged team through hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.;
Manage store operations including planograms, realignments, and inventory life-cycle processes (cycle counts, damages, RTV, DIF, inventory adjustments).;
Analyze financial and operational reports, forecast staffing needs, and manage payroll budgets to maximize productivity and profitability.;
Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, safety, loss prevention, and execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to drive guest experience.
