- 5–10+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing a store or large department – retail preferred.
- Promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a big plus.
- Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments.

- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Frequently operate computer, printer, and occasionally cash register.
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
- Frequently position yourself to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop.
- Identify and interpret email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues accurately and timely.
- Move across sales floor, directing associates and assisting customers.
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise up to 5‑10 feet.
- Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, handheld devices.
- Remain stationary, upright for 80% of the time.

Pay Range$50,000.00 – $63,125.00
