• 5–10+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing a store or large department – retail preferred.
• Promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a big plus.
• Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Frequently operate computer, printer, and occasionally cash register.
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently position yourself to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop.
• Identify and interpret email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues accurately and timely.
• Move across sales floor, directing associates and assisting customers.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise up to 5‑10 feet.
• Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, handheld devices.
• Remain stationary, upright for 80% of the time.
