Job Description

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part‑time basis.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting guests, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers through meaningful interactions.
• Use promotional materials and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as the business requires.
• Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas and loading dock area.
• Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders and lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day; availability must span at least three days.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.25 to $18.25 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints.
