Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour.

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores by maintaining cleanliness from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
