Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza

• Oversee all shift activities, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example for crew, enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time and hold staff to the same standard.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company standards and branding.
• Ensure perfect customer service, attendance and punctuality.
• Provide training and orientation for new team members.
• Transport and maintain vehicle for delivery duties (if required).

• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler areas to 90 °F+ in work areas.
• Exposure to fumes, corn‑meal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, mechanical parts and potential weather changes.
• Standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting heavy items may be required.

• Standing most tasks; walking short distances; lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying and pushing trays; climbing stairs and ladders.
• Tasks require frequent use of hands, fingers, forearms and wrists; eye‑hand coordination; and the ability to manipulate tools such as pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard boxes.
