Join Our Team as a Merchandise Sales Associate!

Are you passionate about customer service and the Harley-Davidson brand? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to model our values and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Welcome customers and determine the purpose of their visit.
• Communicate current sales and promotions by suggesting products and services.
• Arrange and display merchandise for maximum visual impact during in-house events.
• Engage in ongoing training related to merchandising and inventory control.
• Support and participate in our Help Sell and Motorcycle Referral programs.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our dealership and Harley-Davidson.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate seasonal demands and events.
• Experience in a sales environment and familiarity with the Harley-Davidson brand is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement optional).

• Active on the sales floor for over 75% of your shift.
• Frequent use of hand-held, point-of-sale, and inventory devices.
• Occasional longer shifts beyond 8 hours, including weekends.
• Ability to move objects weighing over 25 lbs.

• Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, and other chemicals.
