We are looking for a Meat Case Runner Associate to join our Rowe's Team

The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness, safety, and profitability of Rowe’s fresh cut meat products. This role demonstrates excellent teamwork and presentation skills. The position will follow the Market manager’s merchandising plan as well as trim/preparation standards while also delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Ensures that displays and case signs are updated and presented to maximize sales.
• Fills, rotates, and maintains meat products and displays.
• Wraps, weighs, and prices meat cuts and poultry securely in boxes and containers.
• Store items in refrigerators or freezers until they are ready to be sold.
• Maintains high sanitization and presentation standards.
• Assists in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the store.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and problem solve.
• Ability to work well with others and work well as a team.
• Continually strives to be product minded, customer minded, detailed, consistent and forward focused.

Meat Runners perform duties primarily in the meat area, where the temperature always ranges from 38 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Work involves reaching, bending, balancing, and carrying product weighing up to 100 pounds, repetitive arm and hand movements, eye‑hand coordination, significant hand strength, and standing in place for long periods of time.
