• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with rewards account enrollment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a customer-ready, organized, and inclusive counter environment
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and beauty industry trends through training

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and build relationships
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to remain on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
