Job Description – SALES ASSOCIATE – MENS (Part‑Time w/ Benefits)

Pay Range: $15.00 up to $20.80

Part‑Time position with benefits, including Medical & Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Annual & Sick Leave, Matching 401K Plan, Pension Plan, and more.

As a sales associate you will be the face of our company, highlighting our brand and image while building customer relationships. You will assist customers, help them recognize the need for our products and services, and communicate our purpose professionally.

• Customer service – proactively engage and connect with customers, ask questions, and listen to their needs.
• Provide premier service and build inclusive, respectful relationships.
• Maintain store appearance and organization.
• Cross‑sell, upsell, and suggest products based on customer needs and current promotions.
• Learn product features and use company tools for product knowledge.
• Process sales via the Point‑of‑Sale system, handle cash, discounts, gift cards, credit/debit cards, and perform accurate cash handling.
• Complete paperwork, reports, and reconciliation.
• Track inventory, check merchandise in, and accurately ticket items; participate in periodic inventories.
• Adhere to schedule, complete assignments, and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Product knowledge – basic understanding of merchandise.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read/write instructional documents and communicate by phone.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Reasoning ability – multi‑task, attentive to customers, flexible, teamwork, initiative.
• Physical demands: moving, standing >2 hours, stooping, lifting 25‑50 lbs.; indoor/outdoor work.

Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

No experience required. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
