Position Summary
Develop and support Membership activities by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
What You’ll DoMaintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Fulfill Member Fax‑n‑Pull, Click‑n‑Pull, and Click‑n‑Collect orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out‑of‑stock situations to meet Member needs.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, implement action plans, and apply the Open Door Policy.
