Seasonal Sale Associate

Overview

Seasonal Sales Associate ponsible for assisting clients and supporting operational and sales needs.

• Assist clientele, providing exceptional service and utilizing product knowledge and market trends.
• Drive sales through personalized outreach and active listening/communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Support the Visual and Retail Operations teams in maintaining visual and operational standards.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Adhere to company core values and operating guidelines.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Ability to stand on feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt. In‑store at a Lilly Pulitzer retail location. Requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
