Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You will assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate with other team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Show a passion for our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Have strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to bring new ideas.
• Can schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of bending, reaching, stretching for product as well as lifting, carrying and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Hourly Range: $14.00 - $15.52. Competitive base pay and bonus programs. Up to 60% discount on branded product from J. Crew, J. Crew Factory, and Madewell. Entertainment, travel, fitness, and mobile technology discounts. 401(k) plan with company matching.
