Join our family‑owned boutique garden shop and create stunning custom floral designs without ever following a “templated recipe.” As a Floral Designer, you’ll work with the best plants and flowers available, build lasting client relationships, and contribute your creative vision to Jacksonville's premier garden shop experience for the last 35 years!

• Design custom living arrangements, wreaths, and seasonal displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and design consultations.
• Maintain shop displays and ensure high quality standards.
• Manage greenhouse plants and inventory.

Position starts at $16/hr with a clear growth path to $18–$20/hr as you advance into senior designer or assistant manager responsibilities.
