Job Summary

The Toys Team Leader oversees the stocking team and ensures the efficient management of the toys department. This role involves leading the team, managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring product displays meet company standards. The Toys Team Leader works closely with store management to optimize sales and maintain high‑quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support toys stockers to ensure efficient stocking and organization of products.

Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandise organization to ensure products are well‑stocked, accurately displayed, and replenished in a timely manner.

Collaborate with store management to improve product selection and merchandising strategies.

Lead team meetings to discuss department goals, challenges, and improvements.

May be requested to work in other locations from time to time.

Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Must have open availability, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
