We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager in the vacation rental industry to join our growing revenue management team. This is a high-impact role overseeing a large portfolio of properties, where your pricing strategy and market insights directly drive owner success and guest bookings.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in vacation rental revenue management, thrives on data-driven decision-making, and has hands-on experience with leading pricing tools like Price Labs or Wheelhouse.

What You’ll Do

• Own revenue management strategy across a large portfolio of vacation rental properties.

• Optimize nightly rates, minimum stays, and availability settings to maximize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR.

• Analyze pacing, demand drivers, and competitive sets to identify opportunities and risks.

• Adjust pricing and rules dynamically in Price Labs or Wheelhouse, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to ensure strategy execution is consistent and effective.

• Stay ahead of market trends, local events, and seasonality that impact demand.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 4+ years of direct revenue management experience in the vacation rental industry in the revenue manager role(required).

• Hands on usage of Price Labs or Wheelhouse (required).

• Proven ability to manage revenue strategy for large portfolios in various markets(100+ units minimum).

• Excellent analytical skills, including Excel/Google Sheets, pacing analysis, and KPI interpretation.

Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, detail, organized, punctual and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing a team is a plus.
