About the Role

Southern Tide, LLC is a coastal‑lifestyle apparel brand based in Greenville, S.C. The Keyholder is a crew position responsible for assisting with the daily operations of a Southern Tide retail store. This includes sales, customer service, and safeguarding the store’s assets while upholding the Southern Tide brand.

• Provide sales support and merchandise suggestions to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale software, handling routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, and opening/closing of registers and store.
• Participate in store‑related meetings, working toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.
• Maintain the integrity of inventory, assisting with cycle counts and year‑end physical inventory to prevent shrinkage.
• Offer ideas to grow and improve the business, such as merchandising, staffing, floor displays, fixture arrangements, advertising, promotion, hours of operation, and other operational enhancements.
• Safeguard store assets and maintain inventory accuracy.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending, stooping, and kneeling as required.
• Strong attention to detail, proficient oral and written communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligibility for overtime (when required).
