We are looking for a DAIRY & FROZEN FOOD ASSOCIATE to join our Rowe's team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness, and product assortment is maintained in the frozen food department. This person will be receiving, stocking, and rotating products, taking special orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Confirm pricing accuracy, country of origin, and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items.
• Receive, store, and stock frozen products and sustain produce knowledge and preparations.
• Pull out of date products from the shelves.
• Assist Manager with ordering products to meet the needs of the department based on past and projected sales.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and freshness.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Assist as needed to ensure the success of the store.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and do simple math.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and work well as a team.

• Prior experience is preferred.

Frozen food associates perform their duties in controlled temperature areas as well as coolers and freezers. Work involves walking, bending, standing, lifting, and carrying products up to 60 lbs, hand‑eye coordination, and interaction with customers and associates. Duties also include frequent interaction with customers and fellow associates.
