We are looking for a Meat Case Runner Associate to join our Rowe's Team.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality, freshness, safety, and profitability of Rowe’s fresh cut meat products. This role requires excellent teamwork and presentation skills. The position will follow the Market Manager’s merchandising plan as well as trim/preparation standards while also delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Ensure that displays and case signs are updated and presented to maximize sales.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain meat products and displays.
• Maintain high sanitization and presentation standards.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Assist as needed to ensure the success of the store.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and problem‑solve.

Meat Runners perform duties primarily in the meat area, where the temperature always ranges from 38 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Work involves reaching, bending, balancing, and carrying product weighing up to 100 pounds, repetitive arm and hand movements, eye‑hand coordination, significant hand strength, and standing in place for long periods of time.
