The Seasonal Brand Representative reports to the Store Leadership and is responsible for driving revenue while delivering exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well‑maintained store environment. They consistently achieve individual goals that support broader store objectives.

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to Altar’d State service standards.
• Build and acknowledge relationships with guests, fostering loyalty.
• Receive consistent positive, unsolicited guest feedback.
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
• Treat others fairly, respectfully, and value differences; refrain from judging potential guests.
• Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks directed by management with a guest focus.
• Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain organization.
• Perform register transactions quickly, efficiently, and accurately, including cash handling and providing correct change.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention practices, report potential incidents, and protect company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Participate and assist in store inventory preparation.
• Report to work on schedule, record time accurately using the time‑attendance system, and stay flexible to business needs.
• Assist with merchandising and window displays.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
• Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate dress and grooming standards.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess the physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, and ascending/descending stairs.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
