Hourly: $27.00 per hour. Full‑time, Tuesday – Saturday retail store hours.

Responsible for driving brand awareness, merchandising excellence, product training, and improving shopper purchase journey across multiple retail channels.

• Brand advocacy: serve as a brand ambassador and foster a positive image of Samsung.
• Scheduling: develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity.
• Store visits: follow protocols, maintain professionalism, and comply with policies.
• Cluster routing: implement routing strategies to streamline travel.
• Product expertise: demonstrate key features and benefits of Samsung mobile products.
• Merchandising & brand standards: oversee display adherence to brand guidelines.
• Training: conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates.
• KPI achievement: drive sales and unit sell‑out through planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Relationship building with retail managers: collaborate on sales objectives.
• Field execution: ensure alignment with multiple channel locations and strategic priorities.

• 4+ years of experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Reliable transportation and minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
• Daily travel required with occasional overnight stays; ability to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year.
• Must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
• Valid REAL  TSA‑approved identification for domestic air travel.
