Jacksonville CJDR Westside is growing and we’re looking to add Sales Consultants to our team. We’re open to candidates with any sales background — automotive experience is not required. If you’re comfortable building relationships, following up with leads, and working toward performance-based income goals, we’d like to connect.

• Follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and text
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Provide a professional, pressure-free buying experience
• Use CRM tools to manage follow-up and customer communication
• Follow a proven sales process with training and management support

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience (any industry)
• Strong communication skills, especially on the phone
• Organized, consistent with follow-up
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional attitude and work ethic

• $60,000–$100,000+ earning potential
