Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Agent 're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional rental experiences for our clients while maximizing sales opportunities.

• Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
• Expertly promote and sell our fleet of vehicles, matching customers with the perfect options for their needs
• Offer and explain additional services and optional extras to enhance the rental experience
• Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet efficiently
• Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately and promptly
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Adapt to changing business needs and work various shifts as required

Additional Information

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches.
