Money Solver /Tax Defense Network is on the hunt for a driven Experienced Outbound Sales Consultant also known as Client Relations Advisor, to join our top-performing team in our Jacksonville, Southside office. If you're a sales pro with a knack for building relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals, this is your chance to thrive in a role focused on helping clients achieve financial freedom.
This position requires a significant on-site presence in office. While a hybrid work arrangement may be considered after a 90-day introductory period, based on performance and business requirements, it is not guaranteed. Candidates should be prepared to work primarily in the office.

As a Client Relations Advisor, you'll be the pivotal link connecting with our previous and current clients, proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional, valuable services. This isn't cold calling; you'll be nurturing existing relationships and maximizing client lifetime value.
- Drive Revenue Engage with clients via outbound calls and emails to identify additional service needs and successfully re-contract.
- Hit & Exceed Targets Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and outbound communication goals.
- Client Champion Conduct thorough research into client situations to align them with ideal financial solutions, clearly communicating value, expectations, and fees.
- Problem Solver Skillfully handle escalated client inquiries and service agreement issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Relationship Builder Leverage your acute listening skills and empathy to build rapport, understand client challenges, and guide them towards the best solutions.
- Collaborate for Success Work closely with a supportive sales team to achieve ambitious collective goals.
- Manage an active pipeline and task list daily to maximize outreach efficiency.
- Proven Sales Acumen A demonstrable track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with cold calling (it shows resilience!).
