Overview

Job Description

Function: To identify, qualify and win high margin document management revenue streams within the local market place and throughout the United States. Primary focus will be generating new business, but will include managing and developing existing clients.

Qualifications
  • Qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, results oriented team player with a persistent and systematic approach to achieving sales targets. Skill set encompasses:
  • Proven success in identifying and converting new business sales from cold calling and other lead generation activities through to closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills to clients at all levels.
  • Skilled at developing and keeping relationships.
  • Excellent pipeline management with a proven ability to meet or beat sales targets.
  • Adept solution seller, able to leverage technology to provide high value add and high margin solutions.
  • Knowledge of local markets and contacts
  • Knowledge of technology based business solutions, (document management solutions a plus)
  • Knowledge of ACT software and Microsoft Office Products
Responsibilities
  • Sell entire array of Image Store House  document management products and services
  • Pro-actively identify, qualify and develop profitable new business accounts, through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calling.
  • Follow up qualified leads for appointments, developing leads from events, and managing new client site visits.
  • Record and update leads and existing client contacts utilizing the ACT CRM tool, and produce regular sales reports.
  • Establish and manage pipeline.
  • Produce and present customized presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with project and operations management to ensure sales are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction and appropriate profit margin.
  • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through constant contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share.
