Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients’ needs and preferences.
  • Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
  • Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
  • Leverage clienteling tools to develop long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow‑up and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience, preferably within a high‑end or luxury market.
  • A strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • A passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
  • Forward‑thinking individuals who are eager to use their creativity and skills to drive the continued success and strong heritage of the brand.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
