Position: High-Ticket Sales Representative — Jacksonville, FL

A fast-growing property solutions company is expanding into Jacksonville, Florida and hiring one motivated Sales Representative to lead business development in this new market.

This is a high-ticket B2B sales role selling directly to property managers, HOA boards, and building owners. Deals are large, commissions are meaningful, and there is no cap on what you can earn. If you’ve closed five- and six-figure contracts before or you’re hungry to start, this is your opportunity.

This is a priority hire with training beginning February 23, 2026
, so we’re moving fast to fill this position.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, high-ticket sales role. You’ll own the Jacksonville territory and be responsible for identifying opportunities, running consultations, and closing deals with property decision-makers. You’re not selling a commodity — you’re selling a premium infrastructure solution to multi-family properties, and the deal sizes reflect that.

  • Prospect and engage property managers, HOA boards, and building owners across multi-family communities
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and consultations with key decision-makers
  • Manage high-value deals from initial outreach through contract close
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners across your territory
  • Track pipeline activity and results through CRM and sales tracking systems
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience — door-to-door or field sales in solar, roofing, pressure washing, internet, real estate, or home services is a strong plus
  • Experience or comfort with high-ticket, consultative sales — you understand longer sales cycles and selling to multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with property decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to results
  • Reliable transportation required; must be able to travel throughout the Jacksonville metro area
  • Based in or able to commute within greater Jacksonville
  • Available for full-time work beginning February 23, 2026
Compensation
  • $600/week during 2-week paid training
  • 8% commission on all closed sales — on high-ticket deals, that adds up fast
