About the Job:Account Executive
We are seeking a driven, full-time Account Executive to join our team on-site in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be the primary engine for growth—building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can navigate complex negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure total customer satisfaction and hit ambitious sales targets. Ability to make $150k+ per year. Aggressive compensation plan based on results. Monthly tier bonuses! Base salary with a monthly car allowance. Health, dental, and vision are available beginning the month after your first 30 days.

- Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to expand our market share. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. - Sales Strategy:
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and respond promptly to customer inquiries. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations. - Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through disciplined lead generation and negotiation.
- Sales Expertise:
Proven experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing high-value deals. - Relationship-focused:
Strong networking and client relationship management skills. - Communication Pro:
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities. - Soft Skills:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a knack for creative problem-solving. - Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in the refreshment or service industry is considered a significant plus.
