Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our client to support sales operations and help drive customer engagement. This hybrid administrative and sales support role ensures the sales team is equipped with accurate data, polished presentations, and timely customer responses. Based onsite in Jacksonville, FL , this is a temporary-to-hire position offering the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.

The Sales Coordinator will play a key part in enhancing client relationships, organizing internal workflows, and contributing to sales team efficiency.

Compensation:
$19.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:

• Develop and format sales presentations, business reviews, and reports to support sales strategies and client meetings.
• Coordinate quotes, product sample requests, and data submissions with accuracy and in alignment with deadlines.
• Maintain and analyze seasonal and year-over-year sales data to support business insights and planning.
• Serve as a communication link between sales leadership, internal departments, and external customers to ensure smooth information flow.
• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, data uploads, and use of vendor platforms to support daily sales operations.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Coordinator:

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, collaboration, and professional customer interaction.
• Keen attention to detail in data entry, document preparation, and quality review.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
