• Engage with assigned customers (pharmacies, medical groups, physician offices) to support local market health goals
• Conduct customer business reviews and manage account performance metrics
• Collaborate with local market teams to align products and services with customer needs
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships through strategic account management
• Communicate vaccine information and commercial offers tailored to customer insights

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 6 years of equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven aptitude to excel in educational or professional roles

• Prior experience in a technical/scientific field or healthcare environment
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Understanding of marketing/sales functions and operations
• Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
• Vaccines or retail pharmacy sales experience
