Sales Support Representative - Residential Builder

Location:

Onsite - Jacksonville, FL

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a rotating Saturday Shift 10:00am – 3:00pm

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and the ability to make timely decisions.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer-service oriented, with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71 - $29.92. Estimated ranges are displayed monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan.
