With expertise in sustainable practices, we provide reliable and eco-friendly washout solutions, including washout containment, disposable concrete washout, pump-out services, and slurry removal. Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the construction industry
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and provide status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
  • Stay informed on best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications

  • Construction industry background
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
