Overview
Our client is a global payments technology company that designs and manufactures POS terminals and integrated payment solutions for large retailers, banks, and enterprise payment partners. They are hiring a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale their North American enterprise retail business. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on winning and expanding relationships with Top 200 retailers and building a high-performing enterprise sales team from the ground up.
This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and owns enterprise revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada.
Compensation: $150K–$175K, uncapped commission paid monthly
Location: Remote (U.S. based with ~60–80 Days Travel Annually)
What You’ll Do- Own enterprise revenue for North America, with a current book of business of $15–$20M and a mandate to scale to $100M+
- Lead new business development with Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers (Walmart, Target, national grocery, big-box, specialty retail, etc.)
- Build, hire, and manage a team of 4–5 enterprise sales reps
- Drive strategic partnerships with POS integrators, ISVs, and payments partners
- Personally engage in executive-level sales conversations and close complex, multi-year deals
- Set sales strategy, forecasting, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven success selling into large national or global retailers
- Strong background in POS, payments, retail tech, or commerce platforms
- Experience building and leading enterprise sales teams
- Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating long, complex sales cycles
- Willing to travel approximately 60–80 days per year
- Base salary: $150K–$175K
- Uncapped commission paid monthly
- Total compensation: $325K–$375K+
