Inside Sales Representative

Overview

The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction with service and sales, and generating new sales/business through sales initiatives and goals. Provide professional services with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree or associate’s degree in a relevant field OR 2 years industry experience

• Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions.
• Office work may include sitting for extended periods.
• May include some travel – both by car and by air.
• Manufacturing client facilities may have hazards or dirty conditions.

• Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet.
• Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures.
• Maintains current customer base.
• Meets established monthly sales goals.
• Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/ or other departments for all Frost-pertinent activities.
• Communicates process improvement ideas.
• Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials.
• Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services.

The compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
