Territory Sales Representative

LHH is partnering with a growing industrial supply organization seeking an Industrial Territory Sales Representative. This is a field-based role focused on generating new business while building long-term relationships across industrial, manufacturing, and construction accounts. Success in this position is driven by urgency, follow-through, accuracy in quoting, and the ability to independently manage and grow a defined territory.

• Prospect and secure new industrial and construction accounts within the Northeast Florida territory
• Expand existing customer relationships by identifying additional revenue opportunities
• Conduct regular in-person visits, phone outreach, and structured follow-up
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations, pricing, and lead time guidance
• Prepare, track, and follow up on quotes, orders, and open items
• Partner closely with inside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking

• Proven experience selling into industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated success hunting new business and growing a territory
• Experience calling on purchasing managers, project managers, superintendents, fabricators, or similar decision makers
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail with quoting and communication
• Self-starter who can manage a territory independently

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Field-Based / On-Site)

$60,000 – $70,000 annually, plus commission, car allowance provided
